KOGI PDP CHAIRMAN DECLARES SEN. NATASHA AKPOTI-UDUAGHAN ‘INCOMPARABLE’, URGES CENTRAL VOTERS TO BACK HER FOR 2027

The Kogi State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo, has declared Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as the most outstanding lawmaker Kogi State has produced since the return to democracy in 1999, urging the people of Kogi Central to remain resolute in supporting her for a second term in 2027.

Hon. Gambo made the remarks on Friday while addressing a delegation of PDP members who paid him a courtesy visit at his office in Lokoja.

He described the Senator as a “rare breed politician” whose leadership has brought unprecedented pride and tangible development to the State.

He praised her unwavering commitment to the party, the Chairman said Sen. Natasha has consistently funded the PDP in Kogi and proven herself a worthy and dependable leader. 

“She has displayed leadership qualities in an unprecedented manner. When she speaks, members listen. She is our leader at the state level, and we are proud of her stewardship,” he said.

Hon. Gambo stressed that Sen. Natasha’s performance in the 10th National Assembly has distinguished her far beyond expectations, noting that her first term has been marked by remarkable achievements that have put Kogi Central on the national map.

“She is the best Senator Kogi has ever had since 1999. She is a winning team, and we cannot afford to change a winning team. Another term for Sen. Natasha will be for consolidation and greater impact,” he stated.

The PDP Chairman highlighted the Senator’s wide-reaching empowerment programmes, saying she has touched the lives of widows, orphans, and other vulnerable groups in profound ways. 

He lauded her initiative in providing tricycles, motorcycles, and business support for small-scale traders, including salon operators, as well as donating laptops to schools.

“Her name is now a household name across Kogi Central. Her record is unblemished, and no one can fault her integrity. She has built schools, constructed roads, and upgraded markets with a class and vision that is difficult to match in just two years,” Gambo added.

He further described the Senator as timely, desirable, and irreplaceable, emphasizing that her leadership cannot be mortgaged for political convenience.

“In the present time, she remains the best for the PDP. Among lawmakers in the 10th National Assembly, she has distinguished herself more than words can express. As a party, we cannot toy with her person and aspiration. She is good to go. 2027 is decisive, and I urge every wise voter from Kogi Central to be courageous and remain focused,” he concluded.

Hon. Gambo called on party faithful to unite behind the Senator, describing her as a unifying figure whose leadership continues to inspire hope and progress across the state.
