All Set for the 4th Edition of Ona-Ara Humanitarian Foundation Day 2025

Preparations are in full swing as the Ona-Ara Humanitarian Foundation gears up for its 4th edition of the annual ONA-ARA DAY, set to take place on the 29th of December, 2025.

The foundation, known for its philanthropic efforts in the Ekirin-Adde community of Kogi State, will be hosting a series of events aimed at providing support and aid to the underprivileged.

According to the founder ESV Olugbenga Collins Rotimi, the theme of this year's event is "Building a better world together. One act of kindness at a time", reflecting the foundation's commitment to making a positive impact through small, meaningful gestures.

The event will feature a wide range of activities, including a medical outreach program, distribution of palliatives to widows and the underprivileged, and an empowerment program to help individuals build sustainable livelihoods.

One of the highlights of the event will be the commissioning of a new farm site, aimed at providing sustainable food sources for the community. In addition, there will be talent hunts, cultural displays, and special recognition for individuals who have made significant contributions to the community.

The event will kick off with a road show on the 28th of December, followed by the main event on the 29th at the Baptist High School field in Ekinrin-Adde. Chief Olugbenga Collins Rotimi, the founder of the Ona-Ara Humanitarian Foundation, will serve as the chief host of the event, with special guests including Dr. Muyi Aina, the Executive Director/CEO of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, and Hon. Haruna Ibrahim, the Executive Chairman of Ijumu LGA.

The Royal Father of the Day will be HRM Oba Anthony Bamigbaye Idowu, the Olu-Adde of Ekinrin Adde, adding a touch of royalty to the proceedings. Gospel singer Toluwani Sings will also be on hand to provide entertainment for attendees.

With all the pieces falling into place, the Ona-Ara Humanitarian Foundation is ready to make a difference in the lives of those in need. The 4th edition of ONA-ARA DAY promises to be a day of hope, compassion, and community spirit.
