I wish to express my profound appreciation to esteemed friends, colleagues, superiors, loved ones and well-wishers for the overwhelming show of love, goodwill, pleasant surprises, and priceless kindness extended to me on my 53rd birthday.

 The numerous calls, text messages, prayers, thoughtful gifts and pleasant surprises I received were deeply touching and truly humbling. 

Your gestures made the day remarkably memorable and filled my heart with immense joy and gratitude.

Your thoughtful expressions of affection and goodwill reaffirmed the value of genuine relationships built on mutual respect and understanding. The warmth, attention and sincerity reflected in your messages and gestures spoke volumes, and I am sincerely appreciative of the time and effort you all invested to make my day special.

Please, accept my heartfelt appreciation for standing by me and for making the day not just a celebration of life, but a reflection of shared friendship and professional camaraderie. 

Your goodwill has further strengthened my resolve to continue to give my best in all that I do, both personally and professionally.

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Usman Ododo, Wins Governor of the Year Award

The 2025 Law Week of Salem University College of Law officially commenced with a highly impactful and educative visit to the High Court 1, Kogi State Judiciary Headquarters, Lokoja.  The visit marked the first in a series of events designed to expose students to the practical workings of the legal system and strengthen their professional orientation.
