Ex-gov Bello Celebrates Capt. Idris Wada on His 75th Birthday

Former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello (CON), congratulates his predecessor, Capt. Idris Ichalla Wada, on his 75th birthday anniversary. 

In a statement signed by the Director, Yahaya Bello Media Office, Ohiare Michael, Governor Bello praised Capt. Wada for his enduring legacy as a statesman and leader.

“I warmly felicitate with His Excellency, Capt. Idris Wada, on the occasion of his 75th birthday. Capt. Wada has distinguished himself as a leader committed to the peace, unity, and progress of Kogi State and deserves all the accolades befitting of a true leader,” the statement read.

Gov Bello acknowledged that despite political differences, Capt. Wada remains a respected figure whose contributions to public service continue to resonate within and beyond the state.

“Leadership is a relay, and I hold in high regard the efforts and sacrifices of those who have served our dear state. Capt. Wada’s years in office were marked by dedication and dignity, and I join his family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating his life and achievements today," he said. 

He concluded by offering prayers for continued health, wisdom, and grace for the celebrant.
