In a thrilling finale, the Adekalu Bulls Baseball and Softball Club of Lagos emerged victorious in the 2025 edition of the Professor Ndi Okereke National Softball Championship, defeating Team Bayelsa with a decisive 7-3 score in Port Harcourt. The Bulls, considered underdogs at the beginning of the tournament, showcased their prowess in a composed performance that led them to a well-deserved victory.

Coach Cynthia Sunday, who guided the team through the intense final, expressed her confidence in the players despite the tough challenge they faced. Their dedication and hard work paid off as they secured the championship title, much to the delight of their supporters.
