The Honorable Commissioner for Education, Hon. Wemi Jones FCIB, embarked on a heartwarming journey to his hometown in Ayede to celebrate Eid-fitri with the Muslim faithful. His message of unity and peace resonated as he urged the community to pray for the state's peace and the success of Gov. Ododo.

In a moving address, Hon. Jones highlighted the values of inclusivity and religious tolerance, emphasizing the need for unity within the state. He assured the Muslim community of more dividends of democracy and peace under the guidance of Gov. Ododo.
Continuing his tour, the Commissioner visited Kabba town to honor the newly appointed Assistant Controller General of Customs, ACG Ejibunu, sharing in the joy of the Eid-el Kabir celebrations. Together, they expressed gratitude for Gov. Ododo's commitment to fulfilling promises and pledged continued support to his administration.

Hon. Jones also met with the local hunters in Ayede, praising their efforts in safeguarding the community. He pledged ongoing government support and encouraged them to persist in their diligent work.

Lastly, a visit to Okebukun Community allowed the Commissioner to engage with the youth and Muslim faithful, stressing the significance of unity and peace. He urged them to stand steadfast in their support for Gov. Ododo's administration.
