UNIMAID Alumni Kogi Chapter felicitates with Prof. Mele on his appointment as Vice Chancellor

The University of Maiduguri alumni association kogi state chapter has felicitated with professor Mohammed Laminu Mele on his promotion and appointment as vice chancellor of the university.

This was contained in a congratulatory message jointly signed by the Caretaker Chairperson Comrade Habibatu Shuaibu Onakpa and Secretary Barister Joshua Akor in Lokoja.

According to the statement, Professor Mohammed Laminu Mele a distinguish scholar of English language and linguistics of over two decades of dedicated service in teaching, research and community development in the university will bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his duty as the Vice Chancellor.

The statement described his appointment as well deserved and prayed for devine health, wisdom and grace to pilot the affairs of the great citadel of learning to a greater heights.
